The staff of Norwalk Business Service, Inc. is headed by Earl M. Salter, President, who is a member of the National Association of Accountants, California Society of Enrolled Agent.  As an "Enrolled Agent", Mr. Salter represents taxpayers at IRS audits, including the Court of Appeals.  His specialties in tax include, "offer and compromises", and taxes on real estate including 1031 exchanges.  Mr. Salter attended Cerritos College and completed his undergraduate studies at Cal State University at Long Beach. Special recognition include the Accredited Tax Advisor and the Accreditation Council in Accountancy.

Accountant Richard J. Cavish received his B.A. in Accounting at Cal State University at Fullerton. Richard has been on staff since 1978. He is an "Enrolled Agent", member of the California Society of Enrolled Agents, and the National Association of Accountants. His specialties in tax include, taxes on real estate, estates, trust and gift.

The other Tax Preparers are Alan Dotson, with the firm since 1971. He specializes in income tax preparation. Donald Cavish who has been with the firm since 1987. He also, specializes in income tax preparation.

Our full time staff include bookkeeper Yolanda Rodriguez, since 1988, bookkeeper Ruth Ann Mead, since 2000, receptionist Rosa Alvarez and receptionist Natalie Zarazua.We are currently creating content for this section.
